Hiring Immediately for 2nd Shift Reach Truck Forklift Operator Jobs in Aurora, IL:Inergroup is hiring immediately for Reach Truck Forklift Operator jobs in Aurora, IL. As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will hand pick orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities.

Pay and Benefits:

Weekly pay starting at $19 - $21/hr with additional pay increases and bonuses available

Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year experience operating Stand-Up Forklift, and Reach Truck
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
  • Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
  • Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise to be shipped
  • Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight
  • Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders
  • Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Inspect products for defects, damages.
  • Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.
Schedule - 2nd Shift:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 3:00pm - 11:30pm
