Job Description
- Lead and manage K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams for successful execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - K-12 Construction should have:
- Proven experience in managing K-12 construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $110000 to $125000 USD.
