Job Summary

Join our growing team at LH Brubaker, a trusted, family-owned company serving Central Pa for over 90 years. We are looking for skilled appliance installers with proven track record who want to grow their careers with us. You will be responsible for the set-up and installation of household consumer appliances.This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Safely deliver and install household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.) at customer homes and job sites.

Drive a company box truck to transport appliances to scheduled locations, following assigned delivery routes.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering basic product questions, and ensuring a positive installation experience.

Demonstrate basic product functions to customers and test product at the time of installation.

Take precautions to protect appliances, customer property, and home during delivery and installation.

Complete required paperwork and digital records for each delivery/installation accurately and on time.

Follow all company policie and safety standards

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Pay varies based on experience level.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with a clean record

Must be at least 18 years of age

The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
