Location: 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746

Responsibilities
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to drive operational improvements
  • Support setup and launch activities for new warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
  • Lead training programs to strengthen the skills and capabilities of the operations team
  • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field required
  • 1-3+ years of experience in warehousing, B2B/B2C logistics operations, or import logistics is preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel for business within the U.S. and Canada
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of logistics systems, especially WMS, preferred
  • Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
The base salary range for this role is between $58,000 - $68,000 per Salary, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
