Frampton Construction offers a dynamic Summer Internship Program called FOUNDATIONS. Our program is designed to provide meaningful hands-on work experiences, educational opportunities, and direct exposure to industry leaders within our organization. Program Details
- Competitive Compensation: Our internships are paid, with potential part-time opportunities available throughout the school year.
- Professional Development: The program includes continuous education, company training, and mentorship to accelerate your professional journey.
- Work Locations: Internships may involve travel and on-site work in various locations, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
- Project Startup: Assist with permitting, site logistics, scheduling, and safety planning.
- Documentation Management: Administer RFI and submittal processes, and maintain updated records including Contract Documents.
- Project Participation: Engage in project updates, document management, material procurement, scheduling, and safety inspections.
- Project Closeout: Support the closeout process, including preparing closeout documents, punch lists, and warranty documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in ongoing education and training programs, reflecting our value of being hungry to learn and eager to teach.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control and safety inspections to ensure project standards are met.
- Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management by prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work well with others, fostering team morale and collaboration.
