Job Summary:
As a Dining Room Server, you will be the heart of our hotel's dining experience, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they enjoy every moment of their meal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and guide them through the menu and daily specials.
  • Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring clear and accurate communication with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve delicious meals and refreshing drinks, always ready to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.
  • Consistently check on guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction with their meals and drinks.
  • Maintain a tidy dining area by clearing tables, providing dessert menus, and offering coffee as needed.
  • Handle payment transactions smoothly, thanking guests for their visit and encouraging them to return.
  • Keep work areas and tables clean and organized, demonstrating pride in your work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with food service regulations and best practices.
  • Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, genuinely aiming to provide outstanding hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for multitasking in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective and professional communication skills with both guests and team members are essential.
