Take the Next Step in Your HR Career

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department to ensure fair treatment of all employees while adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
  • Champion an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement effective employee programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as a key resource for department managers and employees, bridging the gap between Home Office HR and hospital management.
  • Coordinate staff education initiatives, oversee workers' compensation, and assist with benefits management.
  • Direct recruitment and retention efforts to guarantee adequate staffing resources. Support department managers and team members.

Qualifications Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Alternatively, relevant work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SPHR certification is preferred.
