Responsibilities: As a valued representative of Delta Sonic, you will work in our state-of-the-art Car Care Centers. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing brakes, suspension components, sensors, and more. Certified Automotive Technicians will also perform oil changes and 20-point maintenance checks, with alignment experience preferred. You will greet customers with a positive, enthusiastic attitude while educating them about our products and services, ensuring we achieve high customer satisfaction according to Delta Sonic's standards. Pay ranges from $21.25-$35.25 per hour, plus commission, based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license is preferred
  • ASE certification is recommended
  • NYS Inspector License is required
  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability for non-routine repairs
  • Experience with alignments is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • A detail-oriented approach
  • Must be a team player
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
  • Capacity to lift moderate weights
  • Flexible scheduling required
