Job Title: Document Scanning & Imaging Specialist (3rd Shift)
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site
Shift: 3rd Shift - Thursday through Monday, 9:15 PM - 5:45 AM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Document Scanning & Imaging Specialist to support high-volume document processing operations. This role is critical in handling, scanning, and imaging customer/client documents received through various mail channels. The position involves operating high-speed scanning equipment, identifying document types and workflows, and ensuring proper digital conversion in compliance with departmental guidelines and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-speed document scanning/imaging equipment.
  • Handle and process incoming mail, including US mail, overnight mail, and local courier packages.
  • Extract documents from envelopes and prepare them for imaging.
  • Identify exception transactions, cash handling, and credit card or foreign payment items.
  • Perform Match and Compare functions including HealthLogic and Special Match processes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on scanning machinery.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, continuous production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with document processing or scanning (preferred but not required).
