Informatica MDM C360 SaaS Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Informatica MDM C360 SaaS Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale MDM initiatives and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging Informatica's cloud-native data management suite. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Informatica MDM Customer 360, multi-domain MDM, and cloud data services with strong leadership in data architecture, governance, and integration. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on implementation ability, and the vision to architect scalable, compliant, and business-aligned data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and delivery of Informatica MDM C360 SaaS and multi-domain MDM platforms.
- Define enterprise MDM and data governance architecture aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Architect and configure Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to support MDM initiatives.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, Cloud Applications).
- Define and configure Informatica MDM hierarchies, relationships, matching, merging, and survivorship rules to ensure trusted and consistent data.
- Architect and configure Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) applications to enable metadata management, lineage, and stewardship.
- Provide expertise in workflow design and user interface dashboards within Informatica SaaS applications.
- Architect integrations with legacy on-prem Informatica applications (MDM, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Governance) for hybrid cloud deployments.
- Design and configure solutions leveraging Informatica Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings for address validation, enrichment, and third-party data integration.
- Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure effective adoption, governance, and delivery of MDM capabilities.
- Conduct design reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations in all MDM solutions.
- Develop architectural blueprints, solution documentation, and best practices for scalability, reusability, and performance.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, management, and governance.
- 5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM implementation expertise, with proven delivery of Customer 360 SaaS or Multi-domain MDM solutions.
- Strong experience architecting and configuring Informatica CDI, CAI, CDQ, and hierarchical relationship management.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP API development, workflow orchestration, and microservices-based data integration.
- Deep expertise in matching, merging, survivorship, and MDM hierarchy management.
- Proven ability to integrate MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, and Cloud Applications.
- Experience architecting and configuring Informatica dashboards, reporting, and data governance applications (Axon/CDGC).
- Familiarity with metadata management, data governance, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Experience architecting and configuring Informatica DaaS tools for data validation and enrichment.
- Experience bridging cloud-native and legacy on-prem Informatica environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a track record of aligning business and technology stakeholders.
- Informatica certifications in MDM, CDI, CDQ, CAI, and CDGC.
- Experience in cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based data quality and entity resolution approaches.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail).
Informatica MDM C360 SaaS Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM C360 SaaS Solution Architect to lead enterprise MDM strategy, design, and implementation.
