Onsite Customer Service Representative opportunity with an established, well-known distributor of vitamins, supplements and health products.

We are assisting this longtime client of our company with identifying an onsite Customer Service Representative to be based out of their Doral/Medley Corporate Offices.

The role will consist of interfacing with individuals, obtaining their orders via telephone and via online orders they place, arranging for delivery of orders to their destination.

This is not a sales role nor it an outbound new business development role...the role is more of an inbound/white glove service order processing...assisting individuals with placing their orders and providing answers to billing/delivery-related questions.
