This role involves formulating systems to align with overall business strategies and working under immediate supervision without the need for exercising independent judgment. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience and hold an associate's degree in a related area or equivalent knowledge in the field. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze business systems and user needs. Formulate systems to match overall business strategies. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Work under immediate supervision and report to a manager. Adhere to commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Must-Have Skills: May require an associate's degree in a related area and 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis experience. Documentation experience that provides clear communication Industry Experience: Preferably has knowledge of and experience in logistics or business analytics.
