- Demonstrated experience in project management, coordination, and execution within complex, fast-moving environments.
- Effective leadership and people-management capabilities with a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with Estimating, Quality Assurance, Testing, Environmental, Production Support, and other internal teams.
- Ability to evaluate production progress, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate status updates to leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adopt new systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of ship repair and shipbuilding processes, including compliance with NAVSEA, USCG, ABS, and OSHA regulations.

- Direct Navy shipboard experience with a complete understanding of ship repair/production processes.
- Ability to board ships, climb ladders, and conduct walkthroughs with subcontractors.
- Hands-on experience with production schedules and ship modernization/repair execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, project management, planning, and operations within a maritime environment.
