About the Role

SFG is seeking an Entrepreneurial motivated, relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. This opportunity will allow you to deliver personalized financial guidance while building strong long-term relationships and provide strategic planning solutions that help clients reach their financial and retirement goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about financial wellness, long-term client support, professional growth and networking relationships.

What You'll Do
* Manage and build a portfolio of clients through relationship-based planning
* Provide comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax-advantaged strategies
* Prepare customized financial plans using firm-approved planning software
* Provide ongoing advice, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations
* Stay current on market trends, planning strategies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with team members and management to deliver high-quality client experiences

Qualifications
* A Solid Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
* Individuals looking for a flexible schedule and have a strong work ethic
* Passion for Sales, Networking and helping others
* Ability and willingness to obtain CFP®, Series 65/66 or other financial licenses (We Help)
* Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)
* High integrity and a commitment to fiduciary-level guidance
