Call Center Representative

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading well, know local Credit Union to secure a Call Center Representative. Do you have experience in banking and pride yourself on your customer service skills? Are you looking for your next career position with a stable organization?
Responsibilities:
- Basic customer service support
- Directing incoming calls using a telephone system
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Document Processing support, including scanning and filing
- Validating customer data
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook is a plus
- 2-3 years of Credit Union or Bank experience required
- Symitar (bank processing system) preferred
- Need to pass a credit check

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Hourly $21.00 to $23.00
