Medical Director - Board Certified Family, or Internal Medicine Physician

M-F Days no call

  • Current and active plenary physician license to practice in the state of Florida
Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime clinical hours 8am-5pm, NO weekend or beyond possible call coverage.
  • Experienced or added qualifications in geriatrics- Preferred
  • CDS Certification and DEA Registration-Required
  • Previous Supervisory experience- Required
  • Previous supervisory experience - REQUIRED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population - REQUIRED
  • Effective skills in physical assessment and chronic disease management for frail older adults - REQUIRED
  • Desire to work in a creative alternate health care setting - REQUIRED
  • Able to manage changing priorities according to participant needs - REQUIRED
