Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you'll be the General Manager's "right hand," assisting in daily operations and sharing responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction, profitability, sales, and employee performance goals. You'll oversee your team members' activities, ensuring they follow all safety procedures while maintaining top-notch training and development standards. Your role includes coaching, supporting, and motivating your team to meet and exceed company expectations.

- Base Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 range, plus bonus

Qualifications
- Must have 3 to 5 years of high-volume experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- A genuine desire to mentor and develop others is essential
- Must have open availability, including 3 late night closing shifts per week
- Must uphold a guest-oriented philosophy, displaying honesty and integrity in all situations
