About the Role

About You

  • You hold a valid license as a psychiatrist along with your DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.

  • You are eager to begin or expand your private practice while retaining control over your schedule, client load, and working environment.

  • We welcome the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: MD/DO.

Important Notes

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You will have complete autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.

  • Currently, Headway can only support fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application was denied due to incomplete licensure, you may reapply once you obtain a valid license.
