Summary

DAS Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Specialist to support property, inventory, and supply chain activities at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).

Responsibilities

This role will primarily support inventory accountability, stock transfer order (STO) resolution, and sales order processing, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of government property and materials. While prior experience in supply or inventory management is beneficial, DAS LLC values candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to grow.
  • Support inventory management and reconciliation efforts, including resolving stock transfer order (STO) discrepancies
  • Process and track sales orders in accordance with program and supply requirements
  • Assist with inventory accountability, transportation tracking, and material movement
  • Utilize enterprise systems to research, analyze, and correct inventory or transaction discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate property and supply records
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to supply and property processes
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Background in supply, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or SAP-based tools
  • Transportation, warehouse, or inventory control experience
  • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Vantage, SQL, and/or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
