Interim Senior Financial Analyst | Physician Compensation

Our Vaco team is partnering with a healthcare client on a fully remote interim Physician Compensation Analyst opportunity.
As an interim Senior Physician Compensation Analyst, you will act as a key resource alongside the VP of Finance on all aspects of clinician/provider compensation. In addition to prior physician compensation analysis experience, this person MUST have advanced Excel and data manipulation experience.
Other responsibilities of the Financial Analyst role include:
- Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements for their semi-monthly payroll; this could include clean-up of miscalculations, under/overpayments, etc.
- Responsible for creating reports, extracting data, and analyzing various pay models
- Audit responsibilities could include payroll, employment agreements, and quarterly reconciliations
- Assist with routine clinician productivity reporting
- Prepare and analyze data sets, develop data models
Estimated time frame is 3-4 months

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
