Salesforce Business Analyst

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
- This role collaborates with technical teams, coordinates testing, communicates with stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement of Salesforce implementations.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- ct as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Prepare and present reports on project status and recommendations.
- nalyze system performance and recommend optimizations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.
- Strong business analysis skills including needs analysis, process mapping, wireframing, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), SOQL, and data management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (recommended).
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Agile/CSM certifications are a plus.
- 8 years in business analysis, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CRM optimization.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business analysis, information systems, or related field.
