MUST HAVE OASIS ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE

Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem (PRN) Licensed Practical Nurses to service Treasure Coast.

Requirements:
  • Must have an active Florida State LPN License
  • 3+ years of experience working as an LPN; Homecare experience a HUGE PLUS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
