Night Loader Warehouse Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Night Loader Warehouse Associate In this labor-intensive role, you will be integral in building pallets of products for our bulk and route trucks. Attention to detail is essential to ensure order accuracy while loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming shipments.
You will work from an electronic order system or order sheets to construct loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Your ability to comply with shipper and receiver documentation will contribute to the efficiency of our operations. We prioritize a clean and safe work environment, and you may be required to adapt to various weather conditions as your shift length may vary based on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a power pallet jack or forklift to pick products and build pallets according to the load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
- Identify and mark any out of stock items on the load ticket.
- Wrap completed pallets securely for transport.
- Ensure that paperwork is correctly completed and orders are checked before loading the trucks.
- Stage pallets and load them into trucks when ready for delivery.
- Complete partial pallets and organize mixed pallets effectively.
- Uphold high housekeeping standards within your work area.
- Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance.
This position requires lifting a high volume of product cases, typically weighing between 20-45 pounds, throughout your shift. You’ll be actively engaged in standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping as you move products.
