Responsibilities and Duties:
You will operate a bus or van to and from the Reno, NV airport, transporting customers throughout the shift. Customer service is a top priority for us, so we are looking for people-friendly drivers with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses along specified routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and alighting and answering questions courteously.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or tasks if required
- Transport vehicles safely within the site from one location to another, safely and quickly
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Follow schedules accurately to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear language and a professional demeanor
- Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers, including those with mobility challenges or special needs
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar transportation roles such as school bus driving, motor coach, or limousine services
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to operate Shuttle bus/ Shuttle Van vehicles safely under various conditions
- Experience in delivery driver roles or paratransit services is a plus
- Knowledge of traffic regulations related to bus operation and safety standards
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Must have a Valid U.S. driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have at least 1-year of previous experience or similar
- Friday & Saturday 5pm-9pm
- Monday & Tuesday 2pm-10:30pm
