Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join the Saronic Expansion team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking timelines related to real estate acquisitions, incentive management, and the integration of new sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Saronic's strategic goals.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records. Ensure that all relevant information is accessible to stakeholders.
    • Monitor project progress and timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
    • Conduct market research and analysis on potential sites for expansion and assess their feasibility.
    • Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Expansion team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
    • Strong understanding of real estate processes, site development, and incentive management.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, etc).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
