Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding a Commercial Lines department. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Commercial Lines department
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors and partners
- Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage accounts and track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience at an independent insurance agency with a proven track record; 5+ years preferred
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC and Salesforce preferred
- Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed
