- Conduct home health visits to provide skilled nursing care and medical treatments in compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform essential medical tasks, including wound care, medication administration, and specimen collection.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medications, and care plans to promote recovery and well-being
