What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED (additional education or military experience is a plus).
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent at giving and receiving direction.
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts.
You must be willing and able to:
  • Travel to different Wendy's locations as required.
  • Stay active and on your feet for most of your shift.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs.
  • Handle various weather conditions while performing duties.
  • Operate restaurant equipment and adhere to brand standards.
