We’re not just fixing cars — we’re restoring confidence. At Suburban Collection Collision Center, we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

Your Mission:

  • Be the expert who identifies, confirms, and resolves customer concerns with precision.

  • Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates.

  • Act as the vital link between customers and technicians — communication is key.

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.

  • Write repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP.

  • Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems with confidence and accuracy.

What You Bring:

  • Outstanding communication and time management skills.

  • Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently.

  • Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy.

  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
