Position: Full-Time LPN in our Endocrinology Office

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Join our energetic and fast-paced Endocrinology Division, where teamwork is at the heart of delivering exceptional patient care We are looking for a skilled LPN to be a vital part of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately obtain and record patient vital signs.
  • Document important components of patient history.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist in in-office procedures under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
  • Perform EKGs and diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
  • Conduct prescription call-backs as per scope of practice.
  • Prepare patient charts with essential clinical information.
  • Maintain supply inventory and ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked.
  • Provide sample medications to patients under the guidance of licensed healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance and organizational policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current NYS license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Preferred experience in a patient care setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families effectively.
