We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist (4 days per week) who shares our passion for excellent dental care

  • Enjoy working with children, as they make up over 70% of our patient base

Your Responsibilities:

As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide high-quality dental services supported by a dedicated team. Our office features:

  • DentaPro software for efficient practice management
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics
  • Fiber-optic handpieces for optimal patient comfort
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team including 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • An average flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily
  • A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population
  • An open payer mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network options

We Offer:

  • Guaranteed base pay with uncapped earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus of $30,000
  • Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month
  • No lab fees for our providers

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate approach to dental care for children and adults
