The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas and apertures.
This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable systems into advanced platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of low observable mission systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies for antennas and apertures.
- Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design and integration of low observable platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance.
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems.
- Experience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms.
- Computational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design.
- Technical Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Antenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques.
- Low Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates may be based out of either Tukwila, WA or Berkeley, MO. This position, if based in Tukwila, will be a union represented position. If based in Berkeley, it is a non-union position.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $136,850 - $185,150
