Summary:

The CT Scan Department Supervisor will lead the operational activities of our department and work closely with leadership to address key tasks such as staff development and equipment purchasing. This role will encompass vital functions including policy & procedure implementation, patient scheduling, ensuring safety for patients and staff, monitoring operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing image quality. Our CT Scan Supervisor will also focus on employee engagement and the timely delivery of quality services. This position will involve a blend of clinical duties and administrative responsibilities, with up to 30% dedicated to administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography program; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Licensure, Certification, Registration:

  • Connecticut Radiographer License
  • ARRT (CT) Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
