Accounting Clerk
PrideStaff Financial is hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Yuba City. This position is full time Monday - Friday reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. This is a highly desirable culture in a regional office with lots of comrade.
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Process vendor invoices, prepare and mail checks, and handle accounts receivable entries.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing them to the general ledger and other financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as monthly statements, and verify their accuracy.
- Perform duties such as, receiving and recording cash, handling purchase orders, and responding to payroll questions
- Enter and post financial transactions into accounting software, maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Associate degree in Accounting
- One year accounting experience
- MS Office Word, Excel
- Basic accounting principles
- Attention to details

- Must be 18+ Years Old

- Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
