- Educational Collaboration: Engage in the continuous development of best educational practices alongside fellow preschool leaders.
What We Value in Our Leaders:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, educational leadership, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in education administration, operational leadership, or business management within an early childhood setting.
- Required state licensing credentials to effectively lead a childcare or preschool center.
- Thorough knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
- The ability to inspire and develop educators in an early learning environment.
