Your Impact as a Principal:

• Leadership & Operations: Lead an enthusiastic team of educators to create a vibrant school culture focused on operational excellence and the success of every child. You will coach and develop a high-performing team while exemplifying our core values.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure our preschool meets all state licensing standards and provides high-quality programming for our students.
• Community & Growth: Promote enrollment growth and build meaningful connections with families and the wider community.
• Educational Collaboration: Engage in the continuous development of best educational practices alongside fellow preschool leaders.

What We Value in Our Leaders:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, educational leadership, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in education administration, operational leadership, or business management within an early childhood setting.
• Required state licensing credentials to effectively lead a childcare or preschool center.
• Thorough knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
• The ability to inspire and develop educators in an early learning environment.
