Pathologist - Travelling

Location: Greater Tampa Bay & Brooksville, FL
Shift: 2-3 days a week (Flexible Schedule)

We are seeking a seasoned Pathologist experienced in frozen skin pathology to join our innovative mobile laboratory team , traveling just 2-3 days per week across the Greater Tampa Bay and Brooksville, FL areas. This unique opportunity allows you to combine the freedom of travel with the impact of high-quality patient care , working alongside an exceptional group of healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and interpret frozen section skin pathology in a mobile lab setting.
  • Collaborate closely with dermatologists and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance within a CLIA-certified environment.
  • Utilize a fully electronic, intuitive EMR system for efficient documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere focused on patient care excellence.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Pathology or Dermatopathology .
  • Valid Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Proven experience with frozen section dermatopathology .
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
