Position Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations for more than 200 employees in warehouse, facilities, and office settings.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance HR team to support our new facility.
- Partner with leadership to enhance hiring practices, manage performance, and promote employee engagement.
- Facilitate performance discussions to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, with prior management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and Connecticut labor and employment laws.
- Strong background in recruiting, especially in fast-paced, shift-based, or warehouse environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
