Clinical Services Pharmacist

Job Summary: Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Services Pharmacist, providing essential clinical services to patients, including immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM). You will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, while enhancing the patient experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly and assist them with their product and service needs. Address any patient concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Demonstrate and share best practices in patient service with team members to provide an outstanding and compassionate experience, highlighting important interpersonal habits like greeting, making eye contact, and showing courtesy.
- Proactively connect with patients by anticipating their needs, and offer relevant services. Promote awareness of healthcare services provided, such as patient consultations, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and clinical services, including immunizations and diagnostic testing.
Operations:
- Deliver clinical services like immunizations or MTM interventions, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policy alongside state and federal controlled substance laws when processing prescriptions.
Training & Personal Development:
- Stay updated on necessary licenses, credentials, and certifications to offer clinical services, as per federal and state regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning by reading pharmacy journals and company publications. Keep abreast of industry developments to adopt best practices for enhanced performance.
- Complete required certifications, educational credits, and training modules as set by the company.

External Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
