Job Description

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR FP&A ANALYST to support the CFO of a rapidly growing non-automotive company in Oakland County.

REQUIREMENTS of the Senior FP&A Analyst role

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years FP&A experience in a multi-site / location environment
  • Strong Financial Modelling capabilities and experience supporting operations finance
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerBI
  • ERP Systems Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior FP&A Analyst role
  • Provide monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) analysis for the income statement
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including as required preparation of trial balances
  • Prepare presentations for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and business planning initiatives
  • Perform M&A accounting and due diligence activities
  • Completes monthly analysis surrounding Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts along with explaining variance fluctuations
  • Provides detailed financial analysis around challenges, cause/effect and final resolution
  • Lead Provide support to CFO for external party requests
