The Associate Medical Assistant (MA I) assists licensed practitioners in providing essential patient care and performing both administrative and clinical tasks. The Journey Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions required at their assigned clinic location. The Medical Assistant II (MA II) completes all tasks of the MA I and demonstrates advanced competency in various clinical tasks.

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package starting on Day 1.

Associate Medical Assistant

Required Qualifications:

• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Up to 6 months of medical assisting experience in a clinic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent training
• 6 months of experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Associate Medical Assistant Salary Range: Min: $17.06, Max: $26.07

Medical Assistant Registered:

Required Qualifications:

• Washington Medical Assistant Registration within 60 days of hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 6 months of healthcare and medical assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Secretary, or Health Unit Coordinator/Clerk

Medical Assistant Registered Salary Range: Min: $17.06, Max: $26.07

Medical Assistant:

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or equivalent experience/training
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification or Phlebotomist Certification upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 6 months of healthcare experience
• 6 months of medical assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program, or equivalent preparation for national certification

Medical Assistant Salary Range: Min: $18.50, Max: $28.27
