In this dynamic role, you'll provide top-notch service by stepping in to cover delivery routes when our Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are not available.

What Your Role Involves:

• Master Multiple Routes: Gain in-depth knowledge of various routes, including customer-specific details, to ensure unparalleled service delivery.
• Deliver Products: Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products along assigned routes while ensuring timely and accurate returns of used items.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Foster strong customer relationships through positive interactions and effective communication.
• Problem Solving: Address customer requests independently, utilizing your problem-solving abilities to ensure satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and keep your vehicle clean and safe to enhance service delivery.
• Commit to Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies for the well-being of yourself and others.
• Support Route Operations: Collaborate with the Service and Management Teams on new account installations and assist RSRs as needed while contributing to upselling efforts and maintaining strong customer connections.
• Effective Communication: Provide feedback on customer experiences and market activity to your leadership team.

What You Bring to UniFirst:

• Valid Driver's License: Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and dependable transportation.
• DOT Compliance: Meet all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical examination.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or military service is required.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: A solid background in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with and eager to learn new technology for improving efficiency.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation: $64,321 - $96,482 Yearly Salary
