About the Role:
The Endoscopy Clinical Specialist position requires someone with a strong clinical aptitude that can work in a team environment to support Endoscopy procedures in the Operating Room and Endoscopy lab. In addition, they must build relationships and gain the trust of key physicians and operating room staff. This role will travel between hospitals within a defined geography. The geography for this role is the greater Boston, MA area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage and customer training.
- Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with a specified group of products.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
- Manage your time effectively across multiple hospitals within a defined geography, including travelling between hospitals within any given day.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a direct patient care clinical Endoscopy role or medical device field clinical/sales role OR 4+ years of non-Endo clinical experience
- Familiarity with endoscopic procedures and environments
- Demonstrated ability to support complex or high-risk cases independently
- Proven ability to train and mentor physicians and clinical staff on device use and procedural best practices
- Ability to travel within a defined geographic area, with occasional weekend, evening, and/or overnight participation in trade shows and meetings.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties, including holidays and weekends as needed
- Bachelor 's or Associates degree in relevant field
- Advanced certifications (e.g., RN, RCIS, GI Tech certification)
- GI/Endoscopy Tech or nursing experience in Endo lab or operating room

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $80,000, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
