Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Manager and serve as a key resource for employees. This role ensures smooth HR processes by managing documentation, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and projects.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems.

• Update and maintain HR-related spreadsheets and databases with accuracy.

• Respond to general employee inquiries and provide guidance on basic HR policies and procedures.

• Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document management.

• Monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner.

• Support HR communications and ensure employees receive accurate information.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of HR and HRIS experience.

• Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS).

• Some experience with ADP.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Skills in employee relations, data entry, and administrative support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration.

Work Environment

The HR Generalist will work in an office or cubicle setting attached to a warehouse, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
