Customer Service Agent

Our client,is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Troy, Alabama

Pay Range: $12

What's the Job?

• Assist callers by providing clear directions and troubleshooting basic technical issues

• Support users with registration, password resets, and timesheet submissions

• Respond to inquiries regarding payment, claims, and system usage

• Utilize multiple tools and systems efficiently to manage customer interactions

• Maintain a positive and professional image while ensuring customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Proficiency with email and Windows-based systems

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to confidentiality standards
