Oracle Order Management Functional Specialist

• Travel: Minimal, occasional workshops or governance meetings
Role Overview:
The Oracle SCM Order Management Specialist will provide production support and expertise in Order Management Cloud as part of the Oracle Supply Chain Management suite. This is primarily a functional role focused on order orchestration, configuration, and troubleshooting. The specialist will work with ERP and commerce teams to support integrations from Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) to SCM Order Management, resolve issues, recommend best practices, and ensure stable order lifecycle operations.
Experience / Skills Required:
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Order Management Cloud
• Knowledgeable in integrations from OCC to Oracle Cloud SCM - Order Management
• Experience understanding overall architecture and providing consulting support
• Experience with order orchestration configurations for process improvement
• Experience recommending configuration and setup changes for Order Management
• Experience analyzing and providing guidance on Oracle patch testing cycles (monthly, quarterly, semiannual)
• Experience translating requirements into out-of-the-box Order Management solutions
• Experience modifying project documentation (security role changes, setups, integration specs)
Tasks To Be Performed / Skillsets Required:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management
• Collaborate with production support to analyze root causes of issues
• Review and optimize order orchestration configurations
• Recommend configuration and setup changes for Order Management
• Support and guide Oracle patch testing cycles
• Translate business requirements into out-of-the-box Order Management solutions with recommendations
• Update project documentation including security role changes, application setups, and technical integration specifications
Years' Experience Desired:
• Overall 12+ Years of IT experience
• 3+ years with Oracle Order Management Cloud Applications
• 5+ years with Oracle SCM applications
Certification Preferred:
• Oracle Order Management Cloud certification
