The Skills You Need:
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Basic technical knowledge or aptitude
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Your Service Superpowers:
- Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues.
- Document call details, installation notes, and product information.
- Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems.
- Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment.
