About Us. The Mark Krueger Agency is a trusted, well-established insurance agency that has served the Lake in the Hills and surrounding area since 1991. A day in the life of our Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and general inquiries.
- Process policy changes, updates, renewals, and cancellations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
- Serve as a resource for clients during the claims process, helping to facilitate a smooth experience.
- Provide quotes and educate existing clients about additional policy options that may fit their needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our agency management system. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- A positive, empathetic, and people-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer functions and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service is required; experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Existing producers' license required.
- Competitive compensation: $20 to $30 per hour based on experience with commission potential.
