A premier Milwaukee area Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent ready to own the field and drive complex commercial projects to success. This is not a supporting role-it’s a leadership position where autonomy, decision-making, and results matter.

- Lead all field operations, from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
- Direct multiple subcontractors and trade crews with authority and precision.

- Mentor and develop field teams, positioning yourself as a leader within the organization.
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills-able to inspire and hold teams accountable.
- Commitment to excellence, quality, and safety.
