Full-Time | Onsite

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a respected firm where your work truly makes an impact? Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy, is seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to join their growing personal injury team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain case files from intake through settlement or trial
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediation
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury law
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and e-filing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, or TrialWorks)
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team
