If you are not yet a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) our nurse will train you for free, and give you certified CPR training for no cost as well. We are a well-established agency in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Recently we've moved up in our AHCA certification level, changed our name and expanded our process for adding new clients. Now, with more clients, we need more HHAs to care for them.
What You’ll Do
Deliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
Promote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
Monitor health: check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
Support daily life: for clients living at home, sometimes prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
Advocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate shift notes via our easy‑to‑use app.
What You’ll Bring
To the interview: Your Florida Drivers License, car registration and insurance card, and Social Security card.
To the job: empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client safety, dignity and privacy.
